Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phk777 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. phk777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify phk777 support immediately.
phk777 is required to verify the identity of its Members in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. Before processing your first withdrawal, phk777 may request the following documents:

phk777 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. phk777 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. phk777 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:
phk777 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or incomplete KYC documentation.
All transactions on the phk777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phk777 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Member through their payment provider are the Member's sole responsibility.
phk777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, all Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the promotion details. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the Member must wager a total of ₱10,000 before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable.
phk777 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional offers.
Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion will expire and be removed from the Member's Account without notice. phk777 is not obligated to notify Members of impending bonus expiry.
All games available on the phk777 Platform — including live casino, sports betting, sabong, bingo, and slots — are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules.
Sports betting odds are set by phk777's trading team and are subject to change without notice. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. phk777 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed. Coverage includes PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and international football, among other sports popular with Filipino bettors.
Live casino games are streamed in real time from certified studio environments. The decisions of the live dealer are final once a round is closed. Technical disconnections during a live game round do not entitle a Member to a refund of their stake unless the game result was not recorded by phk777's system.
Sabong (cockfighting) livestream betting is available on the phk777 Platform subject to applicable Philippine regulations. Bets on Meron, Wala, or Draw are final once the match commences. In the event of a cancelled or inconclusive match, phk777's sabong-specific rules — displayed within the sabong section — will govern the outcome of affected bets.
All slot and random number generator (RNG) games available on phk777 are sourced from certified third-party game providers whose RNG systems are independently audited. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game provider and are available within each game's information panel.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phk777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if phk777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phk777's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phk777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination for cause, phk777 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings in the Member's Account. Real-money balances (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method after any applicable deductions, subject to completion of KYC verification and investigation of any suspected misconduct.
Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting phk777 support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. phk777 operates within the PAGCOR-regulated online gaming market and complies with all applicable PAGCOR regulations and directives.
phk777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
